Role purpose:
- To provide HR advise and administration services to all leaders, people managers and employees across the business always ensuring best in class HR service delivery.
- To provide advice and guidance on all HR policies and processes and ensure alignment to global Vodafone standards.
- To manage the delivery of high-quality HR data and provide value-add service to the business that will inform the HR strategy and decision making.
- Drive a culture of continuous process improvement, with a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to all internal and external customers.
- Oversight responsibility for travel (visas, transportation, and accommodation) locally internationally.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the operational delivery of HR Services to the business, and the implementation and delivery in line with best practice and business requirements.
- Oversees the management of HR queries using EIC ensuring that KPIs are met consistently.
- Provides coaching and expert advice where necessary and specifically to the team members.
- Oversees provision of administration and consulting services to all leaders, people managers and employees, on common HR processes/
- Oversees regular process reviews to ensure compliance and to evaluate effectiveness.
- Oversees ongoing improvements to data integrity
- Oversees the production of standard HR reporting and analysis of outputs
- Provides guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices always ensuring excellent service provision
- Work closely with HR Business Partners & COE’s to ensure seamless provision of appropriate advisory services
- Ensures requirements of the VF GH HR Reporting schedule are fulfilled, involving preparation & submission of:
- HR Dashboard to HR SLT, COEs & HR Business Partners monthly
- Ad Hoc reporting as requested by HR team members of the business.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a customer-centric attitude and relationship with all key stakeholders – Line Manager, HRBPs, HR COEs, Employees, Vendors etc.
- Ensure compliance with Global standards and alignment to SF reporting and systems requirements.
- Maintain and manage a relationship with Global HR (SF) and Region HR within expertise remit, ensuring dialogue is always maintained.
Customers, supplier and third parties

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
- Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in the English language both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and organized.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a professional standard.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Have the drive towards continuous development and improvement.
- Proven ability to suggest and implement new processes and procedures.
- Self-starter with an innovative approach to work.
- Flexible and able to manage and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to reorganize resources at short notice to deliver required results.
- Knowledge of policy development and implementation.
- Knowledge of process mapping and improvement.
- Able to coach and advice Line managers and employees on the HR Service offering and all Touchpoints.
- Able to research, prepare and communicate and represent policy position.
- Knowledge in Success Factors will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian labor law/industrial relations will be an added advantage.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- A relevant first degree preferably in Social Sciences or Business Administration (HR option) from a recognised university (B.A./ B.Sc.).
- CIPD/ CIHRM/ SPHRI/ SHRM membership and certification will be an added advantage.
