Job Purpose
- To supervise all material management operations assuring safe and efficient material handling and storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the prescribed procedures and the accuracy of stock levels reports.
- Always oriented in proposals for stock optimization, supervision of material lifting operations
Responsibilities
The material supervisor shall be responsible for the following:
- As focal point supervising all warehouse personnel
- Focal point supervising material coding according to company guidelines
- Finalizing warehouse inventory
- Focal point in supervising material and equipment handling and shipment
- Issuing of spare parts/materials according to the relevant documents and procedures
- Ensuring custom clearance for normal and urgent freight
- Reporting to Accra Logistics Office and Headquarters
- Usage of SAP and Logistics Database
- Support in cargo manifest and all matters related to ENI material movement (in Port and Logistics Base)

Qualification Required & Experience
- Technical Degree
- 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- 3 years of warehouse management experience
Languages & Others
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge and practices in using MS Office software (e.g. word, excel, outlook, etc)
