Responsibilities Of Factory Supervisors
- You must be able to control people and assign responsibilities & schedules.
- You should be able to oversee and coach employees.
- You should ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- You will check production output according to specifications.
- You should be able to use office suite for report entry

You must be a team player.
Qualification
- Minimum of qualification of HND or Degree
- Applicants should have worked in a similar industry (Plastic Packaging Manufacturing)
- Applicants should live around the location of the company.
