Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production and operational strategic plans to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization during production
- Devise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all production-related operations
- Monitor the production of quality apparel and timely delivery of merchandise
- Develop plans and strategies that minimize production costs by utilizing available resources effectively
- Ensure workforce planning and availability of staff for all production-related operations
- Monitor and oversee employee welfare and development
- Identify current trends and adopt technological advancements in the production process.

Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing or any discipline
- Ten (10) years experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Management role
- Prior experience in Garment Technology with an established retail institution
- Strong knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance and Test reporting.
- Thorough Understanding of Ghana labour Law, Legal Compliance and ISO certification.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to details
