The Resourcing specialist at Vodafone Ghana focuses on the delivery of all permanent and interim resourcing requirements. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending internal/external candidates for all job levels. They have a good understanding of established concepts and procedures to deliver the end to end resourcing activities.
Typically reports to the Resourcing Manager or the Senior Resourcing Manager.
Job Responsibilities

- Good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience, executes the end to end delivery of all resourcing requirements;
- Demonstrates the ability to exchange ideas and information concisely and logically with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Centres of Expertise (COEs);
- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of the delivery of quality hires to support Vodafone meeting its business objectives and supporting the local market talent agenda;
- Delivers resourcing requirements specified by the business, meeting KPIs and providing relative diverse candidates to the business promptly;
- Point of contact for the business, uses judgement based on analysis of information, ensures resourcing activity meets the short and long term needs of the business;
- Documents and takes account of all management information, reporting and keeping systems up to date to ensure accurate and timely data;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas;
- Ensures operational excellence throughout the resourcing process;
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
