We are looking for an experienced and self-driven technician to join our organization’s Maintenance Department in Accra.
Essential Duties
- Ensuring that all machines in the production process are in good working condition.
- Preparing and assembling machine parts.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Maintains and repairs maintenance equipment and production equipment.
- Ensures safety technical standards, food safety, and company policies and procedures are met at all times.

- Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Adhere to a routine maintenance plan.
Required Skills or Experience
- MET 3 with five years working experience in the field of Mechanical Technician or HND with two years working experience in the field.
- Applicants should have good knowledge in troubleshooting (pneumatic, hydraulics etc.)
