To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, processing their requests.
responsibilities
- Management and administration of electronic fund transfer limits.
- Provide excellent service to ensure the Customer surveys exceed the required service standards.
- Updates data to ensure the integrity of client information that is kept on the system.

- Assist with Corporate Activities and related documentation.
- Identification and referral of new sales lead within existing or new customers.
- Relationship building with the team and other internal stakeholders.
- Identify process and product enhancements strategies to improve service delivery.
- Ensures high standards of product knowledge and adherence to protocols to ensure that customers receive accurate and consistent information.
- Supports the development of a customer-first culture by providing feedback to both clients (telephonic or e-mail) and team on the status and outcome of queries.
- Remain abreast of any new product and process developments.
experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Relevant Degree.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years related experience.
