Development Bank Ghana (DBG) is a financial services institution with the objective of increasing access to finance for Ghanaian enterprises, is seeking applications from experienced professionals for the following vacancy: Head Strategy & Innovation
Role Summary
- The role holder would be responsible for the development and have oversight of the business’s corporate strategies to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
- The role holder will also assist in strategy formulation through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum first degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or any related discipline
- Master’s degree in related discipline and or professional qualification
- Minimum of 10 years Banking experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position
- Hands-on experience in performance management, strategy formulation and execution, Business Intelligence, Innovation and transformation
- Exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making
