Peki College of Education, Peki is an eminent Public Teacher Educational Institution in the Volta Region of Ghana and subsidiary to University of Ghana, Legon, under the new Teacher Education Reform. The Governing Council of the school welcomes application from suitably qualified candidates for the following:
The Position: Tutors/Lecturers
Education Studies Areas:
- Early Childhood Education Experts
- Guidance and Counseling
- Psychology
- English
- Mathematics
- Ghanaian Language – Twi/Fante
Expected set of responsibilities
The College Tutor is a speaker in the school whose obligation is to instruct and prepare understudies setting them up towards procuring Bachelor of Science in Education (BEd). Arrangement to the situation of a Tutor will be for a term of 5 years and might be recharged upon good performance. A Tutor's arrangement might be restored up to a limit of 3 terms that is, an aggregate of 15 years whereupon the arrangement might be ended except if the candidate meets all requirements for advancement to Senior Tutor position.

Obligations and Responsibilities incorporates:
- Teaching Setting and Marketing of tasks and assessment questions
- Invigilation of assessment
- Supervision of understudy's tasks
- Research and distribution
- Assisting in the organization of the division
- Supervision of understudies entry level position
- Extension work/administration to the school and the Nation
- Any other related obligations appointed by the Principal or his/her delegate
Capability Required and Experience
The competitor must:
- Hold a decent first certificate and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in an applicable branch of knowledge. The two degrees should be in a similar branch of knowledge. A PhD is an additional favorable position
- Proven authority aptitudes and a cooperative person
