Full Job Description - Read Carefully


A reputable Telecommunications and ICT company is seeking to engage the services of a competent professional into the above-mentioned position as Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative is expected to:

  • • Ensure the effectiveness of the administrative function of the organisation and align administrative objectives to the overall organisational strategy
  • • Supervise the budgeting and maintenance of supplies in all company owned/rented residences, offices and facilities
  • • Supervise the general tidiness of the office environment and other functional premises of the company
  • • Oversee administrative duties within the transport unit and ensure the proper functioning and profitability of the Transport Unit
  • • Co-ordinate disposal of assets in accordance with laid down regulations
  • • Handle the inventory of all company assets and contract management
  • • Supervise in house security operations and all outsourced security services and ensure alignment to the organisation’s strategy
  • • Supervise the insurance of all assets and ensure the security of life and property
  • • Manage all company facilities and insurance budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
  • • Oversee office and facilities management within the organisation

Qualification Required & Experience

  • • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in similar role
  • • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • • Ability to drive lean implementation and achieve value
  • • Problem solving skills
  • • Resourcefulness and negotiation skills
  • • Leadership and Tenacity
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills
