Job Summary
Axxend seeks to identify and recruit the best graduates from Information Technology programs with exceptional qualities for the Technology Specialist role.
Our goal is to enhance their knowledge and skills in order to prepare them to become full time Axxenders (Axxend employees) as well as leaders throughout Africa and the world.

Leveraging Axxend’s IT infrastructure (email, Unified Communication tools, and intranet), successful applicants will be mentored by, and work with Axxenders anywhere in the world in addition to “ hands-on” experience acquired by shadowing our senior employees and to fill the gap between University and Professional world.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduate seeking national service posting
- Should have a degree or equivalent in IT or related field
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong work ethic
- Strong team skills
- Should have knowledge in infrastructure development or both
Location: Technology house, Ashongman Estate, Accra.
