A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position as Quality Control Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining assurance process
- Inspects and approves incoming fruits from field, in process production, and the finished products and communicating required adjustments to meet quality specification
- Cooperates with government and international auditing/certification agencies to meet acceptable production standards
- Maintains documentation for the purpose of auditing by third party

- Ensures safe and hygienic work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree / HND in Laboratory Technology, manufacturing engineering, biochemistry, food science
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and quality control standards
- In-depth understanding of chemical composition, structure and properties of different substances and their interaction
- Well skilled in quality processes, computer and statistical techniques
