We are therefore seeking a highly motivated and results-driven digital marketer with strong marketing skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can sell our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive digital plan and create strategies to increase online traffic
- Work with the team to develop and design digital content to enable Slamm to increase brand awareness and grow its presence in the external marketplace
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns / programs that generate qualified leads for our sales teams
- Generate, measure and analyze monthly performance reports on our marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track social media analytics on a bi-weekly basis to inform marketing strategy
- Make recommendations to optimize performance
- Evaluate and identify new tools, applications, and lead sources by conducting periodic reviews of the market and following up on contacts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field
- 2-4 years of content marketing or writing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adhere to project deadlines
- Understanding of SEO and its ability to guide content creation and strategy
- Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to turn data into action-oriented decisions
- Working knowledge of a marketing automation platform
