Unicom Chemist, a reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team
POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers
- Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely manner
- Coordinate the company’s delivery process ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly

- Respond to customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate persons for prompt resolution.
- Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Analyze and resolve client issues promptly and report same to supervisor
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures ensuring that clients are satisfied
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- A 1st degree in any Social Sciences from a recognized institution with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge in Tally software is an added advantage

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients
- Must be a Team Player
- Must have knowledge in the Tally software
- Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Must have interest in sales with good presentation skills
