Role Purpose
A Senior Consultant will support client engagements with contract values of c€2-5m, delivering thought leadership and guidance against the client’s business requirements and identifying how Vodafone services can enable their Digital Transformation in a Mobile First world. A large number of Vodafone’s clients utilise a broad portfolio of core services, so the ability to incorporate our propositions into the proposed strategy is a key requirement.
The Senior Consultant will work closely with the Vodafone sales teams in developing and executing on the sales win strategy and vision. They will be responsible for managing a set of deliverables and maximising client satisfaction. They are also expected to promote a sense of team spirit and driving continued growth for the business whilst leading teams
Responsibilities and Experience
Duties and Responsibilitiees
- Supporting the overall consulting strategy and execution working with Vodafone’s major clients.
- Deliver client satisfaction by exceeding client expectations
- Proactively facilitate strong client relationships
- Develop Market and Sector insight to help facilitate meaningful client conversation
- Identify and develop relevant business opportunities
- Foster and encourage team spirit
- Ensure ongoing individual personal development in-line with the business goals of Consulting & Innovation
- Participate in knowledge sharing within the business and assist with the development of other individuals within the organisation
- Leading significant Engagements/Programmes /Projects – usually for a single client
- Supporting initial sales engagement

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field preferred`
- 5-7 years’ experience (or the equivalent) in relevant position and industry
- Excellent Market Insights
- Ability to actively support an extensive sales/consulting led sales strategy on contracts of c€2-5m Total Contract Value
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Ability to communicate effectively within an organisation
- Possess an understanding of Consulting & Innovation’s market sectors
- Strong motivation and ‘get the job done’ attitude
