Africa Foresight Group is an African firm based out of Accra, Ghana that connects freelance consultants with high-impact client engagements across the continent on a managed marketplace. We are looking for a dynamic Head of Talent to join our high-performing team in the Accra head office, focusing on building and maintaining our talent pool of freelance consultants to carry out missions all through the year. The role is also responsible for the professional development of talents, to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of service in the firm’s pool. This role is not a classic HR role – as the Head of Talent, you will be in charge of building one of the largest networks of top freelancers in Africa. You are ideally familiar with the field of consulting services and know what it takes to make flexible work a success on the continent.
Key Responsibilities
Freelancer community building
- Build and roll out team- and culture development initiatives that can be adopted by on-ground and remote teams in AFG
- Organize local and regional events for consultants that work with AFG

Job requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in talent-management related role, ideally in a consulting firm
- Strong interpersonal skills – you are a “people person” who people enjoy chatting and opening up to
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical and comfortable with data management
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative, flexible and entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to shape ideas/projects
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and goal-oriented
