A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyors - Roads/Buildings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Estimating the material resource requirements for the works
- Preparation of monthly valuation of works done
- Assist the project manager in daily, weekly and monthly progress report preparation
- Undertaking cost control activities on the project.
- Ensuring that all variation orders and site instructions are well booked, costed and approved
- Site measurements of work in progress
- Management of subcontract accounts
- Measurement of subcontract works and recommending payments to head office

SALARY AND CONDITIONS
Negotiable
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in Quantity Surveying/building technology/construction management or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience or HND with 15 years experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- MS office
