Our client, a leading multinational FMCG company has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to lead and manage their Ghana Finance Team (including Management Accounts and Payroll) ensuring up-to-date and compliant accounting records.
The incumbent will ensure that the finance and accounting records and systems are functioning effectively and correctly record the business and position of the Company.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing all tax affairs, statutory accounting and fiscal issues and ensuring adherence to all local fiscal and corporate regulations.
- The Finance Manager will also ensure company compliance to corporate finance policies and standard reports (including SOX) as well as actively support Commercial and Operational Departments in their business development, cost reduction and any other projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Finance or Accounting, coupled with 5 to years’ experience within the FMCG industry is required.
- Applicants must possess good all-round knowledge of local corporate and income taxes, local GAAP and US GAAP
