A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Financial Controller
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments
- Planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments
- Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts
- Filing of company returns to relevant bodies and prepare termly financial statements
- Creating cost centers for projects and activities and ensuring that project costs are controlled within budget

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in BCOM/Accounting /fully chartered with CA/ACCA with minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communications skills.
- MS office
