The African University College of Communications (AUCC) is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead and supervise it's mature programme and short courses. The successful applicant will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee institutional efficiency.
Job Description
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
- Design business strategies and plans to meet the institutional goals
- Set business goals and objectives according to the institutional needs
- Market and coordinate the mature the mature programme and short courses at AUCC
- Collect and analyse relevant business data for management consideration

Requirements
- Masters Degree and Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior position
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
