Ghana Reinsurance Company Limited (Ghana Re) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for procurement of 2020 Corporate Diaries, 2020 Calendars, 2020 Notebooks and 2019 Christmas Cards with Envelopes. Ghana Reinsurance Company Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as amended by Act 914) and the Guidelines Of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Tenderers are requested to attach copies of the under-listed documents:

• Business Registration Certificate
• VAT Certificate
• Valid Social Security Clearance Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of Similar goods supplied from at least three companies within the last five years.
• Prototype Of the Diaries, Notebooks, Calendars and Christmas Cards quoted for With their tender.

Failure to submit any of the above documents may render a tender unresponsive.

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the tender documents at the said address from
9:00 am to 3:00 p.m. during work hours.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of two hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 200.00) for the set.

Tenders must be signed, sealed in an envelope appropriately marked with the LOT Title & Contract Identification Number and addressed to:

Sealed envelopes must be deposited in the tender box at the reception of Ghana Re's Plot 24, Sudan Road, Ambassador Hotel Area, Ridge office at or before 10.00 a.m. on May 21, 2019. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:30 a.m. on May 21, 2019.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline for tender submission.

Quotations/ Prices should be in Ghana cedis only and should include Origination, Freight, VAT, NHIL,GetFund and all other statutory duties and taxes at the time of the tender (delivered to Ghana Re's office).

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the Tender price. The tender security shall be from either a reputable insurance company licensed by the National Insurance Commission of Ghana or from a reputable bank licensed by the Bank of Ghana.

Tender security should be in accordance with one of the sample forms of tender security included as Appendix 1. The tender security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the period of validity of the tender.

The successful tenderer shall be required to submit to Ghana Re within 14 days of receiving the award letter a performance security of at least 10% of the contract price in a form specified in Appendix 2 from either a registered insurance company in Ghana licensed by the

National Insurance Commission of Ghana or a registered bank in Ghana licensed by the Bank of Ghana.

Full payment for the said Diaries, Notebooks, Calendars and Christmas Cards with Envelopes will be made upon delivery and acceptance.

Late tenders will be rejected.
