Goal Consult is in search of a talented and motivated individual for the post of Call Centre Manager in one of our offices in Accra, Ghana.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND or 1st Degree Holder
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in Call Centre Management
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong coaching and leadership Skills
- Proficiency with necessary Technology including Software Applications
- Polite and Professional Phone Voice
- Able to Hire, Train, Coach and lead Call Centre Representatives
- Assisting other Management team members in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
- Other Administrative Duties
