Commercial Officer
Essential functions
- Required to stay updated with information related to the laws and legal processes
- Required to deal with lawyers and other law personnel
- Undertake quantitative analysis

- Analyse issues and develop strategies or options
- Plan and develop E-commerce strategies
- Manage budgets and project resources
- Make sure all projects comply with legal requirements, especially health and safety
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Law or Commerce
- Proficiency in French Language
- Must be between the ages of 25 and 30
- Working experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power point
Accounts Officer
Essential functions
- Prepare and post relevant journals in the financial system
- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly statutory returns, thus Pay as You Earn (PAYE), VAT and Withholding Tax
- Liaise with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to obtain the necessary certificates required

- Preparation of bank-wired payment instruction and its corresponding documentations requiredAssist with completing year and month-end journals
- Support external audit process
- Provide support to the Finance Manager and Supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all finance and accounting tasks
- Assist other staff as required and provide backup support or job coverage for team members during staff leave of absence
- Undertake other duties in fine with assigned position
Required Education,Experience and Skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Professional qualification: CA (GH) Part 1 or 2 ACCA (Strategic Level)
- At least 1 — 2 years working experience in accounting and finance-related task IT/Software Experience: Working knowledge in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning applications
- Must be a strong team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure during peak periods
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Dernonstrated organisational skills

- Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction
