Job Description
- Develop, manage and ensure adherence to all operational policy, process and procedures.
- Drive ongoing improvement of operational processes to deliver efficiencies, ensuring consistency across the entire business operation.
- Manage company’s social media accounts and compose online content

- Identify and ensure associate, customer and supplier concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
- Monitor and ensure area of responsibility’s compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures and directives
- Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, and use information to identify operational improvements (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility
- Ensure that all financial processes associated with each financial month, quarter and year end are executed accurately and in a timely manner at Exec level
- Ensure all necessary processes are in place to ensure no stock is lost in the office, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated.
- Ensure that all customer data is protected in accordance with the Data
- Protection Act and any relevant current local legislation
- Ensure adequate stock management tools and processes are in place to enable efficient working across all online shops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
- Solid understanding of financial management
- Excellent Communications skills
- Must demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
- Must be responsive and punctual in all your duties
