Maritime Security Officer
Job Title: Maritime Security Officer (MSO)
Duration of Contract: 12 months (Two (2) Month Rotation initial contract)
Reporting Supervisor: Offshore Manager
Duty Location: Ghana (Offshore)
Start Date: December 2, 2019 or upon agreement
The Maritime Security Officer shall work offshore on-board exploration vessels for approximately two (2) months per rotation. The responsibilities will include, but not limited to conducting vessel vulnerability assessment and identifying areas of weakness that will require vessel hardening.

Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in the Maritime Security industry or related discipline.
- Over 2 years' experience working and supporting explorations vessels in high risk waters. No less than 100 seadays in the role of Maritime Security Officer
Qualifications and Certification required:
- BOSIET Certificate, HUET Certificate and MIST certificate
- Seaman's Discharge Book & Seaman's Card
- STCW 95/10 - Elementary First Aid; Personnel Safety & Social Responsibility; Personal Survival; Elementary Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention
- ENG1 seafarers medical (Or equivalent)
- Maritime Firearms Competency Certificate (MFCC)
- Advanced First Aid(Trauma Training (FPOSi)

Offshore Manager
Job Title: Offshore Manager
Duration of Contract: 12 months. (Two (2) Month Rotation initial contract)

Duty Location: Offshore Ghana

Summary:
The Offshore Security Manager shall work offshore on-board exploration vessels for approximately two (2) months per rotation. The responsibilities will include coordinating all security project plans; and assisting the Vessel Master with offshore incident response and crisis management.

Operations Manager
Job Title: Operations Manager

Duty Location: Accra (frequent travel is required)

Summary:
The Operations Manager has responsibility for developing, fostering and supporting a safety and a process-driven culture for the overall organisation while leading the daily field operations; provides direction in safety, quality control, compliance, regulatory, operational and administrative matters.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years, well-rounded experience in field production, International security and Oil & Gas operations in Africa.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Operations Management or equivalent combination of education and experience in related discipline
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong IT skills / proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the security, industry including Offshore, Land and Energy sectors
- Current threat knowledge of the Africa region

Responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing new accounts, manage existing accounts and expand sales and revenue through account growth within the Oil & Gas, and Security Sector. This individual will interface with domestic and foreign Oil & Gas clients.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7+ years of professional experience; or 5+ years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Be culturally sensitive and interested in geopolitical issues of the region
