--> Provide third level support on MoMo related issues. The role is also responsible for coordinating tests on new products and services as well as supporting activities to ensure the smooth running of MFS Operations.
Job Role
- Respond to escalated queries from internal stakeholders, ie. MoMo Outbound team, Call Centre Support team and other Third-party vendors
- Perform daily system checks and operational tests on all MoMo services
- Setup back end and front end user accounts on MoMo platform
- Provide support to MoMo implementation team on related products and services
- Communicate with MoMo stakeholders i.e. BNS, IT, Banks, Merchants, QA on system malfunctions and downtimes
- Follow up with IT to resolve system challenges
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for new products on the MoMo platform
