• Assistant Deputy Secretary

Job Purpose

To provide technical and operational support for the formulation and implementation of policies relating to research, information, incoming and evaluation for the achievement of the mandate of the Commission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides inputs for the formulation and implementation of polices on research, information, monitoring and evaluation by the Commission;
• Provides inputs for the development of mechanism to ensure quality assurance and risk management for research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the Commission; Coordinates monitoring and evaluation activities of the Commission;
• Ensures the conduct of research on the state of the public service and other human resource activities;
• Coordinates the collation, processing, analysis, storage, maintenance and use of up-to-date data of human resource of public service organisations;
• Coordinates the documentation and dissemination of research and M&E findings of the Commission;

• Senior Assistant Secretary, Monitoring Evaluation

Job Purpose

To provide operational support for the achievement of the objective of the Division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collates inputs for the formulation and implementaton of policies on research, monitoring and evaluation by the Commission;
• Collates inputs for the development of mechanism to ensure quafity assurance and risk management for research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the Commission;
• Undertakes monitoring and evaluation activities of the Commission;
• Collates and analyses data for the preparation of reports on the state of the public service and other human resource activities;
• Collates, processes and analyses data of human resource of public service organisations;
• Documents and facilitates the dissemination of research and M&E findings of the Commission;

• Senior Assistant Secretary, Management Services

Job Purpose

To provide leadership. technical and administrative guidance for the Implementation of policies on organisational systems review and development, and human resource planning and deployment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides input for the formulation and implementation of policies relating to organisational systems review and development and human resource planning and deployment in the public service organisations;
  
• Coordinates the implementation of management services programmes in the Public Services;
  
• Ensures the development of draft guidelines and procedures for effective organisational review and human resource planning in the Public Services;
  
• Ensures the establishment and maintenance of skills inventory of the Public Services;
