Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzing extracted data from the order and warehouse management systems to generate reports on items and orders breaching or about to breach SLA’s.
- Initiating follow up conversations with responsible parties and escalating blockers to senior management to take action.
- Leading daily queue management calls and other initiatives to maintain SLA compliance
- Spotting trends and developing processes with the Warehouse Manager to proactively combat SLA breaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A Valid degree from a tertiary institution- B.sc/OND/HND (A degree in supply chain and logistics or operations management will be a plus)
- Demonstrable skills in data analysis and presentation
- A detail oriented personality with a passion for diving deep and problem solving A Good knowledge of and an enthusiasm for E-Commerce in Africa.
