Job Description:
Under the supervision of the WAR Supply Chain Specialist, the Supply Chain COUPA System Intern will:
- Support PR and PO tracking in COUPA
- Review documentation completeness and compliance
- Conduct PR ageing analysis and reporting
- Support audit documentation and compliance checks
- Assist in vendor and catalogue management

Deliverables
- Weekly PR ageing report
- Monthly COUPA compliance report
- Updated procurement records and trackers
Key Performance Indicators
- Reduction in aged PRs
- Improved documentation completeness
- Timely report submission
The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel
- Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently
Required Experience & Skills
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Good Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to handle large data and track transactions
- Good Excellent written and communication skills;
- Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
