Full Job Description - Read Carefully


Do you want to work in an international environment, especially in a developing country? Are you passionate about creating and implementing innovative technology solutions in complex work environments? So this offer is for you! By joining the Business Development team as ADC Manager, you will be in charge of improving the range of digital financial services offered to Advans Ghana customers. You will also oversee the deployment of new distribution channels. You will optimize the various existing processes using technology.

The position is based in Accra, Ghana for a period of 12 months, potentially renewable.

The missions that will be entrusted to you:


Under the direct supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of supervising all channels available to customers (mobile application, withdrawal card, interface with electronic wallets, cashiers, etc.). Your main missions will be:


* Develop and prepare studies on customer needs, competition and industry best practices, in order to further develop the service offering through Alternative Distribution Channels (ADCs)

* Manage projects and actions related to the implementation and continuous improvement of ADCs

* Ensuring an optimal customer experience by continually improving customer interactions and streamlining processes

  • Tracker technical performance of ADCs (successful transaction rates), use by customers and identified risks

* Achieve successful transaction rate goals by identifying the causes of failure; pass on the information to the internal IT team, service providers or other stakeholders to put in place effective solutions.

* Analyze the profitability of ADCs based on existing performance and propose improvements in terms of cost optimization and revenue increase

* Create and maintain ADC guides, procedures, work instructions for customers and collaborators involved

* Facilitate transfer of procedures on ADCs to field teams

 

Required profile

You have a Master in Management, Engineering or Development Economics and are interested in the microfinance sector and Advans missions. You have a professional experience of 4 years minimum including internships, especially in digital project management. You have a / from:


* Ability to manage complex projects involving different stakeholders (top management, marketing, operations, IT, branch managers)

* Ability to manage negotiations with external stakeholders (technical and commercial partners)

* Good understanding of business issues in a complex economic environment

* Ability to have a customer centric approach

* Professional experience in a developing country (preferable)

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Good organizational skills, analysis and synthesis

* Good mastery of office tools
