Interested and eligible consultants are requested to upload their proposal in PDF describing their interest in this engagement to CARE along with their bio data  and curriculum vitae to

with a subject heading: “Response to SOW-Baseline Survey Consultant for Adwuma Pa Project.

Email must be sent to all four (4) email addresses at the same time.

Deadline for submission of proposal is Friday 23rd August, 2019
The consultant/ firm must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals.

a.     The technical proposal should provide the following among others;

1. A brief description of the Consultant or firm and an outline of similar assignments conducted in the last 5 years.
2. Detailed description of the consultant’s methodology for the assignment.
3. The consultant’s detailed work plan and schedule for executing the assignment.
4. The consultant’s team (if any) for executing the assignment, showing the staff to be deployed and their relevant expertise.  Current signed CVs.
5. The Financial proposal should include all costs relevant for the smooth implementation and timeliness of the assignment in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.  All costs must be in Ghana Cedis only.

Funding is provided by the United States Department of Labor/ Bureau of International Labour affairs (USDOL/ILAB) under cooperative agreement Number IL?32741-18-71-K.
