A reputable organisation with an office in Accra requires Front Desk Officer for immediate employment
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reception area of the organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- receiving responding to phone calls enquiries
- keeping the reception conducive for business as well as providing secretarial support as and when required.
Requirements for the job post
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management with excellent IT and Communication skills
- Evidence of Completion National Service (National Service Certificate preferable)
- Minimum of three(3) years post National Service experience in a similar position/capacity
- Must not be above thirty (30) years of age
Remuneration: Negotiable
