As the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) expands its operations, it has secured Financial Clearance to hire additional employees into the positions advertised below.
Note: Salary is based on the Single Spine Salary of the Government of Ghana
CHIEF NURSING OFFICER / DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY SERVICES IN CHARGE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
- INTERNAL MEDICINE ADMINISTRATION (Job Ref: NMSA/07.4219)
Qualification for the above listed position:
- Registered General Nurse OR Registered Midwife.
- Masters in Nursing/MidWifery preferably Nursing/MidWifery Administration OR Master or Public Health (Health Policy Planning & Management)
- Proof of Continuous professional development & training.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in Nursing audit, monitoring & evaluation.
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a Principal Nursing Officer OR Principal Midwifery Officer as be applicable
- Experience in Internal Medicine is an added advantage.
- Secondary/terliary hospital level experience would be additional added advantage.
- DDNS with a minimum Of 3 years experience can apply as CNO
