A reputable private market management organization, owners of Kaneshie Market Comolex and pioneers/ leaders in the development and management of modern markets is seeking eligible, qualified and result oriented persons for the position of DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
THE POSITION
The Deputy Managing Director is the Chief Operating Officer under the Managing Director and is responsible for the day to day administration of the Company and serve also as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
The person is expected to provide leadership and management across the various departments of the Company and work towards the Company's continued leadership and dominance of the Ghanaian market management industry.
QUALIFICATION
A minmum post graduate degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law or Final CA, ACCA Certificate.
EXPERIENCE
Not less than 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 5 years served in a Senior Management Position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate must be computer literate and very proficient in relevant Computer applications.
- High integrity, confidentiality, firm and effective team player.
- Business and Management report writing skills
- Negotiation skills
- General administrative experience and competence and effective communications
AGE
Not more than 45 years.
