Role Piurpose
Responsible for the overall development and management of strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship . The rore shall also be responsible for developing and implementing both short and long-range comprehensive internal and external sales. marketing, product development plans and programrnes, targeted at increasing revenues and profits with both existing and new markets.
Role definition and Accountabilities
- Develops and recommends service positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long term market share.· Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and co
- Develops and maintains marketing budget. Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new product/ services development
