Legal Jobs In Ghana June 2019

  •  A bachelor’s degree in law or it’s equivalent.
  •  Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar.
  •  A minimum Eight (8) years post call experience preferably in commercial and litigation matters.
  •  Influencing and Negotiation Skills.
  •  Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  •  Ability to lead a team of junior colleagues.
  •  Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
  •  A team player who is willing to work for long hours.

 

 

  •  A bachelor’s degree in law or it’s equivalent.
  •  Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar.
  •  A minimum Five (5) years post call experience in general practice.
  •  Strong advocacy and litigation experience will be preferred
  •  Excellent writing skills.
  •  Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships
  •  Must be a team player who is willing to work long hours.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role holder will be responsible for all issues pertaining to the organisations business transactions, acting as a legal advisor to the organisation in issues relating to contracts, procurement. trading and other corporate or constitutional and administrative matters to ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations

Professional and Academic Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in law and licensed to practice in Ghana

Experience: 4 years in the legal profession with experience in managing third party supplier processes for risk assessment and due diligence
