The Candidate must be professionally qualified, have leadership skills, be a goal-getter, and have the requisite experience.
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for the overall smooth productive and profitable management of the Company including Business Development, Marketing, Administration, Financial and Corporate Matters. You will need to possess strong leadership and management skills since it is the managing director's responsibility to steer the company through industry challenges to success.
Responsible to: The Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Construction or Engineering and Marketing.
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration will be an advantage. A minimum of 10 years or more relevant working experjence with 3 years at Senior Management level,
- Must be computer literate and a proven track record of self-motivated performance.
