Principal Responsibility:

Responsible for Financial administration and Financial management
Strong ability of financial analysis and key ratios.
Good ability of managing large scale treasury operation
Be able to guide and give direction on financial matters
Good experience in handling Banks in Ghana
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Exposure to managing Project Costs and controls
Overall supervision of Finance and accounts department i.e. Create,coordinate evaluate the Financial program of the company to includeBudgeting, tax planning, analyze cash flow, cost controls andexpenses to guide the management.
Proficiency in Accounting controls.
Experience in managing / controlling retail outlet collections and riskmitigation
Preparation and analysis of Financial and Management report.
Competitors analysis and modeling of the product.
Control over payroll, COS, COSV, Inventory, payable andreceivables etc.
In time statutory compliances, taxation, auditing, interfacing with taxor statutory authorities.
Tight budgetary controls/ cost control to deliver the expected bottomline.
Exposure on supply chain management
