A Reputable Agro Chemical Company operating in Ghana invites interested and qualified applicant for the following position: Marketing Representative
Job Responsibilities:
• Assists the sales supervisor to manage the sales force for achieving the sales objectives?
• Intensively visits to the current and potential customers to generate and secure orders and provides after-sales services in the defined area. Analyzing the market issues such as:
o Crop system
o Pest occurrence
o Product performance
o Customer's feedback including distributer, Retailer, Farmer.
• Have technological experience of Agric, such as: planting, fertilization, and plant protection of crops including seed treatments.
• Management of agro-technical processes in the cultivation of crops.
• Make proposal and recommendations on planting seed, crop protection, and harvest timing of grain.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• HND /First Degree in Related Field
• Self-Motivated and Dedicated to work
• Good Communication Skills and a Team Player
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
• Have at least little Knowledge on Advertisement (designing background)
• One or Two years Working Experience
Location: Accra and Kumasi
