--> Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of company’s products visibility through advertising and other sales promotion projects
- Ensure that all client acquisition objectives are met.
- Conduct effective market analysis to inform Senior Management for policy guidance.
- Manage media activities for positive publicity of company, ad placements and public relations related issues.
- Develop an effective strategic marketing plan for driving the sales of company products and services.

- Periodic – monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting to management of company sales and other real estate market developments.
- Find buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and who are willing to pay acceptable prices and follow up on payments.
- Arrange to meet clients to close sales.
- Acquire and effectively communicate responses to client questions.
- All other duties that may be assigned
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing with three (3) years relevant experience in real estate sales/marketing; residential sales preferably multi-unit projects.
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Digital/social media marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Must have the ability to develop strong sales pipelines with high conversion rate.
- Articulate, persuasive and excellent selling skills
- Ability to tell trends in the Industry
- Outstanding negotiation, written and oral communication skills
