Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure high level of company’s products visibility through advertising and other sales promotion projects
  • Ensure that all client acquisition objectives are met.
  • Conduct effective market analysis to inform Senior Management for policy guidance.
  • Manage media activities for positive publicity of company, ad placements and public relations related issues.
  • Develop an effective strategic marketing plan for driving the sales of company products and services.

  • Periodic – monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting to management of company sales and other real estate market developments.
  • Find buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and who are willing to pay acceptable prices and follow up on payments.
  • Arrange to meet clients to close sales.
  • Acquire and effectively communicate responses to client questions. 
  • All other duties that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing with three (3) years relevant experience in real estate sales/marketing; residential sales preferably multi-unit projects.
  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role 
  • Digital/social media marketing knowledge will be an added advantage

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

  • Must have the ability to develop strong sales pipelines with high conversion rate.
  • Articulate, persuasive and excellent selling skills
  • Ability to tell trends in the Industry
  • Outstanding negotiation, written and oral communication skills
