--> Interguide Air Services is an Innovative technology company that leads the travel industry by helping Customers to succeed. The company is seeking to employ committed personnel in the area of Sales/Marketing, Technical and Customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- To market airline software products to travel partners
- To maintain existing clients within the travel industry.
- To provide Technical and helpdesk support for stakeholders in the travel industry
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of both existing and prospective clients for strategic decision making.
- To conduct client/customer satisfaction surveys and prepare report to correct shortfall to build company reputation and brand.
- To provide Excellent Customer service at all time.
- To perform any other duties assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of HND preferably with Marketing option.
- Strong IT background is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar field will be an added advantage but not a must.
Requirements
- Successful candidate should have strong sales skills and the ability to achieve desired goals or targets.
- Client relationship management, problem-solving, contract negotiation
- Good at prospecting and presentation
- Interpersonal skills and a good team player
