The Administrative Assistant will generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. You will work with team members to make sure all administrative tasks throughout the company are in place. You will also oversee client concerns and act as sales person to attract and retain clients. This position will be full-time position where the team member will be based in the main office in Spintex.

To succeed as an Administrative Assistant, you must be very sharp. You should have experience managing others and having a leadership role. You will be expected to learn fast and continuing learning through constant changes. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Respect to time and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to continue building skills and knowledge in the real estate market.

  •  Constantly update all property information on website
  •  Manage company social media presence
  •  Help plan, develop and execute sales & marketing campaigns
  •  Responsible for Company Proposals & Presentations
