NOC ENGINEER: REF: NOE
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Science from a reputed Universitv/ Engineering institute
Experience/Competency Required
- Minimum of 5-10 years of post graduating work experience
- Experience of network monitoring tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good Network Diagnostic skills
- Very good understanding of SDH, PGH and IPMPLS Systems
- Advanced understanding of Ethernet and IP networks

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolution of all levels of NOC trouble calls within a statewide Ethernet and IP routed network
- Customer notification of network maintenance and service affecting events
- Creation & Documentation of formal troubleshooting and service activation processes
- Generate reports of networks events, customer outages ad response times for management performance reviews,
- Document and diagnose underlying network architecture issues for submission to Engineering for problem resolution process.
- Provide feedback to Engineering on improvements necessary for NMS, OSS for better support delivery service
