Job Description
Working hours: Daily 8h00 till 17h00 or as required to fulfill one’s responsibilities.
Description
- Perform tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
- Assist in preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices.
- Assist in diagnosis and resolution of faults.
- Log in Executive Management queries.
- Setup new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Work continuously on tasks until completion(or refer to third parties if appropriate)
- Maintain records of software licenses.
- Monitor, record, and supply I.T stock
- Analyze support desk logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support web technologies
- Any other tasks designed by the IT Manager or Senior Management.

Required Skills or Experience
- Higher National Diploma
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology is an advantage
- Graphic and web design skills an advantage.
