PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Vacant Space: 1

Qualification

  • Minimum First Degree in computer Science, Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role
  • Understanding formal escalation and review process

Job Duties:

  • Support project Manager/ Project team to run the organization’s administration by providing administrative support on projects.
  • Develop project scopes and particulars i.e. Timeframes, financials and outcomes
  • Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested
  • Create and review reports
  • Work closely with project manager, team members and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently.
  • Manage the administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.
  • Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
  • Any other task assigned
