PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Qualification
- Minimum First Degree in computer Science, Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role
- Understanding formal escalation and review process
Job Duties:
- Support project Manager/ Project team to run the organization’s administration by providing administrative support on projects.
- Develop project scopes and particulars i.e. Timeframes, financials and outcomes
- Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested
- Create and review reports
- Work closely with project manager, team members and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently.
- Manage the administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
- Any other task assigned
