Job Description:
Organize and coordinate the import & export of goods according to group procedures and local regulations.
Supervise the warehouses.
Lead and manage the purchase plan, demand planning, according to the forecast.
Able to propose procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency in the process.
Manage the vehicle fleet (servicing and fuel) and monitoring the use of the vehicles according to company procedures.
In charge of the procurement.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Define the flow management policy and schedule of products we receive.
- Manage and manage carriers, freight forwarders and negotiate pricing conditions
- Guarantee receipt and dispatch of finished products
- Organize, coordinate and supervise logistics activities
- Divide the resources and resources required for the activity
- Advise the administration on logistics
- Establish a customer / supplier relationship
- Manage inventory
- Ensure work consistency with the needs of the stores
- Control and reduce costs
- Perform supply chain activity reporting
- Follow all the performance indicators of the department
- Bachelor in Logistics or supply chain
