Responsibilities
- Develops strategic direction, procedures and policies to facilitate project
- Develops and implements projects plans
- Leads and plans the implementation of projects by the Group
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Works with project teams to plan and schedule project deadlines
- files for each project and ensures that the files are up to date
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- Generates reports clearly defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Provides direction and guidance to the project team for growth and development
- Files for each project and ensures that the files are up to date
- Prepares an up-to-date schedule of for each project to ensure effective monitoring and meeting of deadlines
- Prepares and submits weekly / monthly / annual reports on each assigned project activity and allocated funds to the Managing Director and General Manager.
- Manages projects and conducts research
- Manages an effective database system of all projects and activities
- Develops new strategies and processes on efficient work procedure
- Prepares proposal on best practices as to managing the projects
- Communicates to management to update and inform them of developments or challenges
Required Skills or Experience
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Projects Management or other related field from a reputable university or college
- Professional Project Management equivalent
- Ability to plan, budget and organize various functions for project
- Ability to coordinate project with limited resources
- Excellent negotiation and organization skills.
- Background in electrical engineering will be an advantage
