Job Description

• Assist in processing and preparing financial and business forms for the purpose of facilitating purchases, and administration
• Assist in performing routine calculations to produce analyses and reports
• Assist in managing individual accounts
• Create, send, and follow up on client invoices
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
• Assist in ensuring all calculations and data entries are correct
• Assist the Head of Finance in creating basic reports on a regular basis
• Adhere to the organisation's financial policies and procedures
• Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
• Attend finance department and company-wide meetings
• Assisting with financial reporting to manager

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
• Understanding of data privacy standards, integrity, honesty, customer-service skills
• Solid communication skills; both written and verbal
• Superior attentions to detail; organisational skills, planning, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, computer skills - particularly with spreadsheets and calculation softwares.
