  • Carry out HR planning and strategy development for the Bank and its Subsidiaries and contribute to its overall strategic direction by making input into the strategic plan.
  • Design and implement effective employee value proposition for the purpose of retaining key talent in the Group and making the Bank an ‘Employer of Choice’.
  • Plan a workable Business Continuity Plan for the HR Department and ensure all HR projects are executed successfully.
  • Supervise the recruitment process to ensure that the right processes are followed and the right quantity and quality of employees are recruited.
  • Design and implement strategies and policies for succession, talent management and career development in the Bank to ensure there is always an active talent pool and pipeline for Bank and its Subsidiaries.
  • Develop and review all compensation and benefit strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Champion performance culture within the Bank as a means of driving business improvement and results.
  • Develop and review all compensation and benefit strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of corporate and functional training programmes and budgets.
  • Liaise with line managers to ensure conformity to all HR governance framework, policies, procedures and codes of conducts.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in HRM or Psychology
  • Master’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or Strategic Management will be an advantage
  • Professional qualification with IHRMP, SHRM or CIPD will be required
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HRM with at least 5 years in managerial/supervisory role
